By downloading, installing, or using SimpleCerts or ciCert ("the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Apps.
Description of Service
SimpleCerts and ciCert are mobile applications designed to assist scale calibration technicians with their work. The Apps provide tools for recording calibration data, managing jobs, and submitting certificate requests.
Use of the Apps
You agree to:
- Use the Apps only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when using the Apps
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Apps
- Not use the Apps to transmit harmful or malicious content
User Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the Apps. You retain ownership of your calibration data. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. USE OF THE APPS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS.
Third-Party Services
The Apps may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
